Key Responsibilities:
- Business Analysis: Elicit, document, and validate requirements; translate into functional specifications and user stories; maintain traceability and facilitate sign-off.
- Process Analysis: Conduct current-state assessments, map end-to-end processes, identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities, and design future-state processes.
- Product Management: Partner to shape roadmaps, prioritize backlog, draft feature specs, support release planning, and represent client voice throughout the lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business admin, healthcare admin, info systems, industrial engineering, or related field; 3+ years in business analysis, solution analysis, or product management.
- Proficiency in process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and BPMN; experience in agile/scrum with Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
- Strong communication skills and analytical mindset; preferred healthcare experience, familiarity with HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and certifications like CBAP, CSPO, or Six Sigma.
