Support strategic initiatives as a key member of the Data Intelligence and Analytics team.
Elicit, analyze, specify and validate business needs of project stakeholders.
Devise business process requirements to maximize business systems’ effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Capture data, technical integration requirements and develop data flow diagrams and data dictionaries.
Facilitate interviews and process workshops to gather requirements from key stakeholders.
Mentor and coach team members on best practices in business data flow and integration process modelling.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience with data-oriented projects.
Experience with modeling tools and BPMN for process modeling.
Direct experience in Agile methodologies and systems analysis methodologies.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base hourly range $44-$50 ($93,000-$103,000 annual), non-overtime eligible.
