Senior Business Analyst

Role Overview:

• As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives across the Software Development Life Cycle, partnering with business and IT stakeholders.
• You’ll define requirements, align priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable value for both associates and patients.
• You'll also help strengthen best practices and foster collaboration across teams while supporting Upstream's mission.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end requirements for complex initiatives from discovery to delivery.
• Partner with business, product, engineering, QA, and project leaders on approach, milestones, risks, and metrics.
• Create and manage deliverables like user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data mapping.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, or Healthcare Administration.
• 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex initiatives across the SDLC.
• Confident communicator who can align stakeholders and translate between business and technical teams.
