Partner with stakeholders to evaluate initiatives and support effort estimation.
Develop user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Produce detailed artifacts such as process diagrams, flowcharts, and functional specifications.

Process Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze travel workflows including prospecting, search, booking, and cancellations.
Identify process gaps and opportunities for automation across operations.
Define system and integration requirements involving GDS and booking platforms.

Product & Delivery Support:

Maintain high-quality documentation including requirements and data dictionaries.
Ensure requirements address scalability, security, and usability.
Partner with leadership to translate goals into executable requirements.
