Role Overview:

  • Serve as primary bridge between VA business stakeholders and ESOM ServiceNow delivery teams across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and ESM platform.
  • Elicit and translate complex process requirements into well-defined platform solutions and manage product backlog.
  • Ensure delivered capabilities align with validated business outcomes and support Agile delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize requirements; lead process discovery and gap analysis sessions.
  • Own and manage product backlog in collaboration with Scrum Master and development team.
  • Participate in all Scrum ceremonies, translate business processes into functional specs, and validate solutions against acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Math or equivalent; 5+ years BA experience in enterprise ServiceNow environments.
  • Strong Agile/Scrum experience with ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specs.
  • ITIL knowledge, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and diagramming tools.
