Primary Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Help teams follow Scrum and SAFe principles while aligning to program cadences.
- Maintain sprint documentation and track progress in JIRA.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, health informatics, or related field.
- 5+ years experience with Agile, Scrum, or health IT delivery.
- Hands-on JIRA experience and strong facilitation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM).
- Experience with VA/VHA, EHR modernization, or clinical informatics.
- Familiarity with JIRA Align, Confluence, and Power BI.
