Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning and sprint planning.
- Identify and remove blockers to help teams maintain productivity and delivery momentum.
- Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile project delivery or Scrum leadership.
- Expertise with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Qualifications:
- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or comparable Agile certification preferred.
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is a plus.
- Technical background or experience supporting engineering-led software development teams preferred.
