The Solution Lead will support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), leading the planning, prioritization, and delivery of VA corporate IT solutions, ensuring alignment with objectives and VA stakeholder needs across legacy and DevSecOps environments. This role requires expertise in Agile product management and solution delivery.

Lead Agile practices for multiple teams, help manage and prioritize work through the backlog, creatively solve problems to achieve outcomes, track team progress, and identify continuous improvement opportunities, while fostering collaboration, transparency, and innovation within a cross-functional Agile software development team.

As a Technical Producer, you will report to the Associate Director of Production and partner with the backend and platform teams to ensure smooth release cycles and live operations of Marvel Snap worldwide, crafting world-class game experiences and mitigating bottlenecks to keep the team running smoothly.
