Project Execution, Mentorship, and Improving the TEECOM System:
- Improve day-to-day project reliability by keeping tasks, milestones, and dependencies visible and organized.
- Strengthen documentation quality by keeping project information current, structured, and accessible.
- Apply mentor feedback to improve prioritization, communication, and judgment.
Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Align project execution support with Project Delivery priorities and firmwide OKRs.
- Track scope, schedule, and task dependencies across assigned projects.
- Maintain clear visibility into project tasks, upcoming milestones, and delivery blockers.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within an AEC or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Asana, Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Workspace, Bluebeam, GitHub, VantagePoint, MS Project, Procore, and Navisworks.
