Accountabilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day execution across assigned technical implementation projects.
- Serve as a dependable coordination point for clients and teams, ensuring timely communication.
- Track project scope, schedules, procurement, and handoffs to support on-time delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of project coordination in AEC, technical services, or construction.
- Proficiency with Asana, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project tools.
