Own the end-to-end project coordination lifecycle for warehouse and corporate office site deployments, relocations, and decommissions across a global portfolio.
Run recurring cross-functional planning meetings and maintain Jira records as the central source of truth for active sites.
Coordinate vendor scheduling, site surveys, and ensure dependencies across network, cabling, security, and AV workstreams are met.

About You:

4+ years of experience in technical project management, IT infrastructure project coordination, or related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
Strong organizational discipline and communication skills, with experience using Jira or similar systems.
