Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager US Operations

Accountabilities:

• Establish Agile standards and practices across multiple engineering teams.
• Coach and support Scrum Masters to improve Agile maturity and team effectiveness.
• Own and evolve delivery metrics and quality frameworks using Jira and GitHub.

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in software development.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks like Scrum, SAFe, or Scrum@Scale.
• Experience administering Jira and designing delivery metrics dashboards.
