Accountabilities:

  • Support and coach multiple Scrum and Kanban teams with different levels of Agile maturity.
  • Facilitate Scrum events, Kanban cadences, retrospectives, and cross-team discussions.
  • Coach Product Owners and team members in Agile principles and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, supporting multiple teams.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Delivery and Flow Metrics like Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
