Scrum Master

The Role:

• We're hiring our first dedicated Scrum Master to own delivery cadence across four teams.
• You'll establish a consistent "Scrum at Chalice" by facilitating teams, protecting focus, and coaching the organization toward better delivery.
• You’ll act as a facilitator, not a manager: you own how the teams deliver, not what they build.

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and track team health using metrics like velocity, cycle time, and WIP.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on agile practice and drive continuous improvement.

What You Should Bring:

• 3 years as a Scrum Master facilitating multiple delivery teams.
• Fluency in both Scrum and Kanban.
• A metrics-driven approach and hands-on Jira experience.
