Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Partner with product owners and stakeholders to manage backlogs and align delivery goals.
Identify and remove impediments, track delivery risks, and support resolution of blockers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development.
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
