The Agile Lead will foster Agile practices across program teams, ensuring effective use of collaboration tools, and driving continuous improvement. The Agile Lead will act as a coach, facilitator, and advocate for Agile methodologies, supporting team and program-level planning and execution.

Drive scaled agile transformation by supporting teams, leaders and stakeholders in adopting lean agile principals. Improve collaboration, and enhance value delivery in a complex diagnostics environment. Work closely with cross functional teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, driving the adoption and optimization of lean agile values and principles.
