Scrum Master

Project – the aim you’ll have:

• Join a dedicated team building innovative document management software for clinical research.
• Work with Polish and British developers, testers, DevOps, Data Engineers, and Scrum Masters.
• Collaborate on development (.NET, C#, React), automation (Playwright), and DevOps (Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform).

Position – how you’ll contribute:

• Lead and coach Scrum teams to self-organize and achieve sprint goals.
• Show value delivered by teams and your own role, driving process improvements.
• Coordinate day-to-day work, switching roles as coach, SM, or problem-solver.

Qualifications – expectations you’ll meet:

• Over 3 years of commercial Agile experience.
• Proven ability to demonstrate value and drive improvements beyond a single team.
• Hands-on experience engaging with CTOs, Heads of Development, and Team Leaders.
