Scrum Master

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Identify and remove impediments to team productivity.
• Coach the team on Agile best practices and self-organization.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Scrum Master or Agile coaching experience.
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework and team dynamics.
• Experience with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in HealthTech or SaaS.
• Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM).
• Familiarity with Agile metrics like velocity and burndown.
