Scrum Master - Health Systems

• We are seeking a results-driven Scrum Master to join our team and contribute to developing cutting-edge healthcare data solutions with a focus on Medicare and risk adjustment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate core Agile events including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and clear roadblocks, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve dependencies.
• Mentor cross-functional delivery teams toward self-organization and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) required.
• Familiarity with CMS programs and proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
