Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Support teams in adopting and improving Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Remove impediments that impact team productivity and delivery.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
