The Platform Analyst is a dynamic, hands-on role in Employer Services (ES), responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing platform solutions and individual system components that allow departments and IT services. You will focus on optimizing services by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality. Collaboration with IT and InfoSec teams will be key to managing risks and ensuring scalable solutions for ES products.

Provide solutions to process improvement requirements of clients, primarily based on Microsoft Power Platform based technologies. Act as an Automation platform(s) subject matter expert. Establish and manage governance of automation Platforms. Involve in different activities of projects such as requirements gathering, analysing, and documenting business/functional procedures.

Provide Technical support to the organization, serving as a FileNet Architect. This role is responsible for managing application development related to IBM FileNet, Workflow Toolsets and Content Navigator. Prioritize and resolve immediate technical issues, as well as work toward longer term project goals. Manage technical tasks using industry standard DevOps tools and dashboards.
