Technical Support Responsibilities:
- Own technical support activities including system deployment, environment maintenance, data migration, and enhancement design.
- Design, develop, and manage integrations across D365 F&O and connected systems using Azure.
- Support client environments and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Development and Collaboration:
- Develop and maintain technical specifications, solution documentation, and end-user materials.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to identify practical solutions and improve technical delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on development experience with X++ and 7+ years managing software deployments.
- Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps, Dynamics Lifecycle Services, and Azure integrations.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
