Execute day-to-day network operations including moves, adds, changes, deployments, migrations, maintenance, and upgrades in enterprise and data center environments.
Troubleshoot complex Layer 2/Layer 3 network issues and support planned changes, cutovers, and post-change validation.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and collaborate remotely with engineering teams to ensure reliable operation of critical network services.
Prepare, review, publish, update, and maintain digital content through a CMS, performing detailed QA on templates and validating metadata, accessibility, and formatting.
Identify repetitive manual processes and build automated solutions using Python, PowerShell, and APIs to reduce manual effort and increase production speed.
Coordinate content handoffs across content, design, engineering, localization, and vendor teams while managing multiple publishing workstreams and proactively communicating progress and blockers.
