The Senior IT Business Analyst will partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and software development teams. You’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and functional requirements for software applications. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can confidently lead discussions, drive alignment, and guide teams to clear conclusions.

Actively shape the future of digital trading and help ensure customers have a smooth user experience every day. Operatively support the application landscape and evaluate metrics and alarms, provide IT 3rd Level Support, coordinate requests from 1st and 2nd Level Support in IT to Engineering and Partners, and analyze log data and evaluate relational data.

Supports the IT Transformation department in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT transformation projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Coordinates project activities, resources, and information to facilitate smooth project operations and communication among team members. Maintains comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and risk registers. Tracks project progress and performance, providing regular updates and reports to Transformation Managers and relevant stakeholders.
