Job Description
Manage and configure projects, workflows, custom fields, permissions and schemes, ensuring that the tool meets the needs of the teams. Develop views and dashboards to monitor indicators, in addition to configuring Kanban and Scrum boards according to agile methodologies adopted. Implement automations and scripts to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks and increase operational efficiency. Act as a point of support for Jira users, resolving doubts, problems and making adjustments according to internal demands. Develop and maintain integrations between Jira and other platforms used by the company, promoting synergy between systems. Use and administer plugins such as ScriptRunner, JMWE, EazyBI and Time to SLA to expand the tool's functionalities. Work together with squads and business areas, supporting the adoption of agile practices and continuous improvement of processes. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions using Jira as a tool to support the efficiency of internal flows. Prepare and keep updated the documentation of projects, configurations and good practices for using Jira, facilitating the onboarding of new users and the governance of the tool. Ensure that configurations and permissions are aligned with internal security, privacy and compliance policies.
