The Scrum Master II for Entegral is responsible for leading 2 or more self-organizing teams, facilitating the Kanban & Scrum processes using agile methodology, managing the product delivery execution, removing impediments to progress and assessing and coaching the scrum team to improve efficiency. The Scrum Master supports the Product Managers with managing the product backlog.

We are looking for a talented and experienced IT Program Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Workforce Management tools and experience working in a fast-paced, agile setting. Knowledge of Legion or similar workforce management software is preferred. In this role, the Program Manager will lead and manage IT programs focused on workforce optimization tools, ensuring the successful delivery of SaaS solutions that align with business goals.
