We’re seeking a hands-on delivery leader to keep our Salesforce and RevOps teams organized, efficient, and delivering measurable business value quickly—without unnecessary bureaucracy. Reporting to the Strategic Project & Execution Manager, you’ll define and evolve our delivery framework, bringing the best of Agile/Scrum while maintaining the flexibility RevOps demands.
Collaborate with business users, solution architects, and developers to gather and document requirements for Guidewire cloud upgrades. Analyze existing on-prem Guidewire implementations and identify upgrade/migration impact. Create detailed business and functional requirements for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and/or ClaimCenter modules. Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams during cloud migration planning and execution.
Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations, manage project timelines, and serve as the primary client contact. Provide Salesforce system support and identify opportunities for system evolution. Design and configure comprehensive Sales and Service Cloud solutions. Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture and managing complex software implementation projects required.
