The Snr. Project Manager is responsible for the planning, management and control projects run by the IT team in the delivery of technology to the Ergomed business and the delivery and hand over of the systems and capabilities into the production systems and business environments within defined and agreed timelines and budgets. Agreement of the scope, objectives, and success criteria for assigned projects

Technical responsibility for our IT infrastructure, ensuring the availability, performance, and security of our office and IT systems. This role includes defining and implementing a future-proof cloud strategy including budget, capacity, and lifecycle planning. You will provide technical leadership & people development, coaching and developing the team as well as prioritizing tasks in daily and project business. You will be responsible for service & license management, SLA monitoring, escalation management and continuous improvement of the IT service desk.

You’ll be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining both business and functional requirements for software applications. This role is ideal for a proactive, self-motivated individual who can confidently lead discussions, drive alignment, and guide teams to clear conclusions.

As a Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for enterprise client technical implementation, scoping custom technical consulting projects, building custom solutions, coordinating with the custom project product squad and delivering on those projects for our clients. You will work closely with our sales and development teams to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

The Business Analyst translates business requirements into functional requirements for our software development team, working with product management and stakeholders to identify software specifications. This position delivers detailed, technically-minded user stories to enable software development and refines agile software development life cycle practices and standards.
