Actively seeking an experienced Implementation Analyst Consultant to support the technical readiness of Conduent’s HSP Core Claims Administration System for Medicare and Dual Special Needs Plans (D-SNP). This consultant will lead efforts to ensure regulatory alignment, seamless integration, and accurate system configuration for the 2026 Medicare/DSNP program launch in California. This role is ideal for professionals with deep experience in HSP Configuration , California DSNP implementations, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle from requirements to adoption.

This individual will be a pivotal member of our Strategic Accounts Implementation team, leading the deployment of our SAAS solution for our largest accounts. This person will lead the technical integration between third party vendors and DailyPay and manage the entire implementations lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live. Strong discovery skills, technical proficiency, confidence, and the ability to manage details are key.

In this role, you will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business needs and drive process efficiency. You will gather and analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and support Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of Salesforce.
