Job Description
The Senior Salesforce Business Analyst will play a key role throughout the project lifecycle—facilitating requirements gathering, documenting current and future state business processes, creating user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting user testing, developing change management plans and training to support solutions developed and ensuring solutions align with business goals. Reporting to the Staff Engineering Director, this individual will work in an agile environment and help drive adoption of Salesforce across the organization by aligning business processes with platform capabilities.
This role involves partnering with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and implemented effectively.
