Job Description

The Business Analyst will work in conjunction with the Analytics team to develop functional technical requirements at Cornerstone. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT and third parties the candidate will work to develop solid business requirements documents and project deliverables. Responsibilities include identifying and documenting requested changes to the system, analytics needs, and issues that impact other functional teams. The candidate will serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and ACE implementation staff, maintaining regular communication with ACE team members and participating in project team meetings. Additional tasks include working with business units and end users to ensure the analytics application meets the organization's business needs. They will contribute to automation activities, build collaborative working relationships, and align efforts to meet IT and business needs. The candidate will also develop and execute test plans, provide guidance to testers, and manage the issue tracking process.
