Deliver outstanding service to Ohio, Pennsylvania and upstate New York as a Territory Sales Representative for North Star Windows and Doors, a part of Cornerstone Building Brands. Prospect for new dealers (Lumberyards & Large Remodel Contractors) spending 2-3 nights a week on the road from your home office. Achieve sales goals, lead and manage the sales process, build relationships, develop proposals, and close deals.
Roof & Wall Estimators create computer generated take-offs and detailed material lists using company supported applications, providing direct support to internal and external customers. They ensure estimates are being done in accordance with the high standards of the organization to achieve premiere results relative to overall lead-time and total output efficiencies. The role requires preparing estimates from contract drawings and specifications, identifying exclusions, and maintaining vendor/customer relationships.
The Business Analyst will work with the Analytics team at Cornerstone to develop functional technical requirements, solid business requirements documents, and project deliverables. The candidate will identify and document requested system changes, analytics needs, and issues that impact other functional teams. They will serve as a liaison between end users' workflow needs and ACE implementation staff, ensuring the analytics application meets the organization's business needs.
This role will effectively manage and support key accounts to increase sales, form lasting business partnerships, assess new opportunities, and grow sales revenue while professionally representing Cornerstone Building Brands. The position helps resolve sales, credit, production, and after-the-sale service challenges, balancing company policies with sales goals and customer satisfaction.
