Scope:

  • Manages a team of ten to thirteen sales managers.
  • Responsible for over $110M with objectives to aggressively grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Develops annual sales plan in support of RMR organization strategy and objectives.
  • Directs implementation and execution of sales policies and practices.
  • Coach and grow the sales team on the use of sales methodology and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field is required.
  • 10 or more years in sales leadership role to include executive level work experience is required.
