Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field with 2+ years of experience (or 6 years without degree).
- Active CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification required at time of hire.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
