Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Guide teams in estimating user stories and removing impediments for smooth delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized product backlog and sprint focus.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate purposeful meetings with multiple Scrum teams.
- Experience coaching teams to take responsibility for processes and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to identify early signs of conflict and apply appropriate resolution approaches.
