What You'll Do:

  • Handle incoming calls in a fast-paced call center environment, assisting members with benefits, eligibility, and claims inquiries.
  • Maintain composure and positivity while de-escalating challenging situations and managing relationships with members.
  • Apply standard operating procedures and recommend process improvements for a better member experience.

What You Bring:

  • 1+ years of related work experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, and solve problems effectively.
  • Healthcare or customer service and call center experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Pay range of $23.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
  • Fully remote position with paid training and a rotating schedule after training.
