The Information Security Analyst will plan and carry out security measures to protect PointClickCare’s networks, data centers, cloud deployments, endpoints and systems, including a Software and a Service footprint and corporate environments. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in security posture in collaboration with other security team members and other PointClickCare business units.

This individual will leverage knowledge gained to summarize data findings, regularly inform key internal stakeholders of current trends and market activities, and present recommendations to marketing, sales, product management, and senior management to support business and product strategy decisions.

The Sr. Partner Manager will be the primary person looking after software and technology vendors that have embedded, or desire to embed, their solutions into the PointClickCare platform sold to Skilled Nursing Facilities and Senior Living Facilities. The Sr. Partner Manager will support Senior Leaders to identify and drive partnership opportunities from ideation to deal close. This role will also work closely with Marketing and Go-To-Market teams to support Product launches and growth initiatives.

As an Associate Product Manager at PointClickCare, you are responsible for working directly with the Engineering and Product teams to deliver products with an amazing experience to end users and customers, using Backlog Mangement functions. You create and maintain a healthy backlog for the Product Management team while ensuring a successful and tactical execution for Product, Operations, and Engineering.

The Senior Customer Experience Manager will work with the Customer Experience Director and partner with multiple stakeholders across PointClickCare to define, govern, measure the end-to-end customer experience and drive actionable outcomes for improving CX. Our Support team provides end-user support to our diverse base of professionals. Our team works as the first point of contact for a wide range of technology related issues. PointClickCare is currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team as the support analyst on the Clinical team.

In this role you will use your technical expertise to provide support of the EHR for Practice groups and Care Coach products and achieving Model of Care objectives. As their highest escalation point you will help resolve cases by advising on next steps, determining long term strategies, and involving relevant parties. As a member of PointClickCare’s Legal and Compliance team, you will work on critical initiatives and projects that significantly impact PointClickCare, its customers, and other stakeholders. Reporting to PointClickCare’s Privacy Officer, you will identify, analyze, and distill ever-changing information-privacy requirements applicable to PointClickCare’s various operations throughout the United States and Canada in order to assess, modify, and carry out PointClickCare’s privacy policies, procedures, and training.

Maximize profitability in alignment with overall enterprise goals through the development and delivery of pricing and value creation strategies across the Senior Care and Acute & Payer portfolio.

We are looking for a Principal Enterprise Architect to work with the IT team, product teams, as well as senior executives to drive the design of our enterprise domain taxonomy. As an enterprise architect, you will be required to represent deep expertise on modernization and transformation of mission critical applications facilitated by aligning these applications to their core business domains. The ideal candidate will champion business and technology alignment of core capabilities ensuring the buildout of an enterprise taxonomy framework which will underpin domain roadmaps and technology transformation.

PointClickCare is seeking a technically savvy and high-energy professional to fill a Customer Success Executive position in their Emergency Preparedness and Response team. The Customer Success Executive will define strategic program objectives, set priorities for projects and initiatives, and coordinate activities. The candidate will provide project management support of health IT operations and technical infrastructure, as well as drive product adoption and business growth, ensuring efficiency across initiatives. A critical requirement is the ability to support PULSE customers during night and weekend hours during disaster response.

Solution Engineers are responsible for creating and delivering presentations of PointClickCare's solutions to prospects and current customers both virtually and in-person as an integral part of the sales process. Presentations are also provided to new and existing employees, to supplement training and webinars as needed. Expected to attend company, customer and industry events in person upon request.

The Software Implementation Consultant will act as the principal liaison with the customer to implement best practices to drive optimized business outcomes for the customer within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) settings. The Consultant will build relationships with our customers to become the trusted advisor and counsel them on our solutions and recommended business practices.
