Business Systems Senior Analyst

Essential Functions and Tasks:

• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex system requirements.
• Perform advanced analysis of system functionality and end-to-end business processes.
• Serve as senior point of contact for investigating escalated system issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s or equivalent training preferred.
• At least three years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in healthcare or revenue cycle management systems strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of business applications and system data flows.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
