Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Serve as internal consultant to Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations on technology capabilities and constraints.
• Lead functional and non-functional requirements development, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate conflicting stakeholder input and make recommendations on requirements scope and priority.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field required.
• 3+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role in a technology-driven organization.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, or investment platforms strongly preferred.
