The role:

Leads system requirements analysis and validation activities using established industry methodologies.
Builds and maintains deep knowledge of business processes and platform capabilities.
Defines system and solution approaches based on sound judgment and creative problem solving.

What you will do:

Partners with customers, project managers, and revenue stakeholders to understand needs and present solutions.
Produces and maintains system documentation for engineering and operations teams.
Provides work breakdowns, schedules, and coordination for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 8 years of related experience.
Knowledge of Agile/Lean or Kanban methodologies.
Experience in Cloud development with Azure or AWS is a plus.
