They also ensure accuracy and communicate updates to the business for service delivery and risk minimization.

The Business Architect will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting user requirements to support the development of user-centric solutions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to elicit and analyze business and user requirements and conducting user research activities.
