The SAS 9 ACCESS team is looking to hire a Software Developer (Emerging Career). The ACCESS team provides data access to different data sources so our customers can make better decisions faster. As a Software Developer, you will design and develop high quality, testable and scalable software solutions within established timelines. Participate in project scoping and scheduling; track progress of individual tasks and alert your team and manager of issues.

You will be focused on Software Development, with a special emphasis on PHP (highest priority), C# (second priority) and Angular (third priority). You will develop complex applications for internal and external projects – always according to agile principles – and ensure complete documentation. You will also be responsible for ensuring software quality through unit and integration tests and code reviews.

As a Front End Sales Support Engineer, you will manage the customization of premium websites on Promenade's platforms, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations. This involves onboarding new customers by customizing their websites with design, HTML, and CSS, interfacing with account management and sales teams, maintaining and optimizing existing customer websites, and working cross-functionally with various teams.

The Support Software Engineer is an integral part of our growing engineering team. This role involves becoming an expert in our products, resolving escalated technical issues from customers, and determining root causes by analyzing logs and debugging code. The position requires collaboration between various teams and adherence to escalation procedures. It significantly impacts customer satisfaction and could evolve into a software engineering role.

Develop, deploy, and maintain our Marketing application platforms, primarily based on Salesforce technology. Working within an agile framework, collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the dynamic business requirements of our global marketplace.
