As Head of Engineering in the Americas, you’ll work closely with the VP of Engineering and your counterpart in EMEA to continue scaling Ashby's unique culture. You’ll manage a remote team of engineers and EMs, growing that team significantly over the next year. Your experience and leadership are needed to thoughtfully double the Engineering team.

Build a team to maximize the recovery of delinquent users by sending the right message to the right people at the right time. Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team responsible for the backbone of our delinquent loans recovery processes. Partner with product managers to design and build best-in-class systems and processes for collections. Build relationships and engage with senior management in the organization.

Join the Developer Tools team at Figma as an Engineering Manager and lead teams working on Dev Mode, MCP, Code Connect, and more, helping to define the future of the developer offering, very likely helping incubate and lead new product development, in one of the most exciting areas within Figma incorporating design thinking, the latest AI developments, and open source developer tooling.
