This role will own and optimize core programs and processes for our Tutor business end-to-end and will be accountable for defining and hitting clear, business-critical targets across a range of high-impact workstreams. They will collaborate cross-functionally with operators, data scientists, product managers, marketers, designers, and engineers to identify bottlenecks, craft experiments, and iterate toward business outcomes.

As a staff data scientist, you’ll help build the world's leading consumer education business, one that is already reaching tens of millions of parents, teachers, and children. You’ll help grow ClassDojo to our next major milestones while deepening love for our brand.

As a product engineer at ClassDojo, you'll work across the stack to build features and launch experiments that unlock opportunities and drive growth. You’ll work on production code from day one in a pair programming environment, deploy often, move quickly, and have your work used by millions of students, teachers, and parents around the world every day. In addition, you’ll help us further develop our high-quality engineering culture, one that values rapid iteration, collaboration, and best practices.

As a People Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and growing the championship team that will enable us to achieve our ambitious mission here at ClassDojo. You’ll develop and own critical people processes across the employee lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to cross-functional stakeholders. Your work will shape how employees experience key moments—ensuring clarity, consistency, and care—while maintaining rigorous HR compliance and operational excellence.

You will be joining a team of experienced Implementation specialists, supporting thousands of educators across the globe to use ClassDojo to bring their classroom and school communities together. You’ll be responsible for making professional development resources come alive for teachers & school leaders, supporting school communities to revolutionize the way they connect, communicate and share student learning. You'll be a thought leader on how to implement ClassDojo.

Be at the front lines of family engagement, conducting high-trust consultations with parents to assess their child’s academic goals and recommend tailored tutoring solutions from Dojo Tutor. Convert warm leads from key cohorts (canceled subscribers, inactive trial users, and account creators) into active subscribers. Your insights will help refine product offerings and messaging across the org.
