The Engineering Team Lead will be responsible for leading a small cross-functional team (5-8 professionals) to meet organizational goals. Roughly 30% of the role has management/leadership responsibilities, and 70% of the responsibilities will require you to flex your technical skills in application design and web development. The ability to wear different hats and juggle multiple competing priorities is crucial.

This position focuses on developing and enhancing applications using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure DevOps. Responsibilities include creating and modifying forms, views, and dashboards, developing and updating business rules, and designing and implementing business process flows. It also includes Dataverse Management such as creating and modifying custom tables and columns.
