Role Overview:
- Fully remote position for a Senior M365 Software Developer based in Canada.
- Join an established enterprise software environment using modern Microsoft technologies and AI-powered innovation.
What You'll Do:
- Design, build, test, and maintain commercial software solutions using C#/.NET and Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Introduce AI coding agents and secure agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
- Mentor developers and establish repeatable best practices for AI-assisted software engineering.
Requirements:
- At least five years of professional experience developing applications with C#/.NET.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and/or Teams, including Office 365, CSOM, SharePoint Migration API, or Microsoft Graph API.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agentic workflows such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf.
Benefits:
- Annual base salary of CAD $110,000–$130,000 plus bonus opportunities.
