Business Analysis – Mortgage Technology US Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, review, analyze, and document business and system requirements using stakeholder feedback and data.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in agile delivery cycles, supporting sprint preparation, tracking projects, and facilitating demonstrations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a Business Analyst, QA Analyst, or Technology Analyst role.
• Strong mortgage banking or secondary-market knowledge required.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary range of $80,000–$100,000 USD.
