Senior Business Analyst

Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
• Translate customer needs into clear specifications and actionable solutions for delivery and product teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and coordinate timely resolutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing roles within the life insurance and annuity industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel for data analysis, and experience with Agile methodologies.
