Position Overview:
- The Senior Business Analyst ensures insurance solutions are delivered seamlessly to customers.
- Work closely with delivery team, product managers, and clients to gather and analyze requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document detailed customer requirements and translate them into actionable specifications.
- Analyze customer data from core systems and support integration with Sureify's platform.
- Act as point of contact for resolving issues and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years as a Business Analyst with customer delivery focus.
- Experience in life & annuity industry, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
