What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with teams to collect and clarify business and functional requirements, driving automation and quality improvement.
- Analyze processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and facilitate requirement workshops.
- Support testing strategy, user acceptance testing, and coordinate defect resolution with cross-functional teams.
