Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders, Product Owners, and developers to gather and document customer requirements.
- Analyze current business processes, design to-be workflows, and perform gap analysis.
- Prioritize requirements using methodologies like MoSCoW and collaborate to maximize value.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in requirements analysis or related field (or equivalent).
- Working knowledge of SDLC and requirements management principles.
- Experience with Agile environments, including Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
