Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with Agile experience and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work comfortably with both business and technical teams, manage ambiguity, and support multiple priorities.
